Winnie's Haven retains ownership of all foster dogs placed in my care. I will provide a safe, loving, and secure home while the dog is in foster care. I will notify Winnie's Haven immediately if my foster dog becomes ill, injured, or has a medical emergency. I will not give away, rehome, or transfer my foster dog to another person without prior approval from Winnie's Haven. I understand Winnie's Haven is responsible for approved veterinary expenses, medications, and necessary supplies. I agree to maintain regular communication and provide updates on my foster dog's progress. I understand that saying goodbye when my foster dog is adopted can be emotional, but every successful adoption allows Winnie's Haven to save another bull terrier in need.
